KT’s Disposal has a wide range of sizes of open air containers to suit almost any size project. Our inventory of dumpsters include 11 yard, 20 yard, 30 yard and a giant 40 yard dumpster. We know our customers, and we understand that different customers have different needs. This is why we think it’s important to have a solid inventory of a wide range of sizes of dumpster. KT’s has dumpsters that are perfect for small home clean-ups or renovations all the way up to dumpsters that are ideal for major remodeling or new construction sites. KT’s 11 Yard Dumpster

With approximate dimensions of 3.5 ‘x 7.5 ‘x 12’, the 11 yard dumpsters are ideal for small home projects such as cleaning out an attic or garage, or to dispose of small amounts of construction debris. This smaller sized container can fit into practically anywhere, and will hold approximately four pick-up truck loads.

KT’s 20 Yard Dumpster

Our 20 yard open air containers are approximately 4′ x 7.5′ x 22′ in size and are by far our most popular rental dumpster. Ideal for a roofing or remodeling project, or light construction and small demolition. These 20 yard dumpsters typically hold about six pickup loads.

KT’s 30 Yard Dumpster

Our 30 yard dumpster is the bigger cousin to our twenty yard containers, with the only difference being an increase in height. The 30 yard open container is perfect for large scale projects such as; major construction or clean-outs, remodeling or demolition project or tree removal. This dumpster will hold approximately nine pick-up truck loads.

KT’s 40 Yard Dumpster

Most dumpster rental companies don’t offer containers larger than thirty yards, but we realize that there are certain projects that demand a large scale dumpster. Our monstrous 40 yard dumpsters measures approximately 8′ x 7.5′ x 22′ and is ideal for most industrial and commercial sites new construction or major renovations. The 40 yard container can also be useful on whole house clean-outs or home renovations. This container can hold approximately 12 large pickup loads worth of debris.

Here are some of the questions that we will have for you when you call:

• what are you planning on putting in the dumpster
• how long will you need to keep the dumpster on site
• delivery address and where specifically we need to drop the dumpster on the job site

Typically, the maximum time an open air container without it being dumped is 2 weeks for the 11 yard dumpster and 3 weeks for the 20, 30 & 40 yard dumpsters. This is due to the debris getting heavier as it sits in the open air environment. We can always work with you to schedule a pick up and dump during your long term rental should you need to retain the dumpsters for longer than the time frames listed above. The initial drop-off and pick-up of the dumpsters is always included in the rental price, and are based out of our Hampton, VA location. If you are planning on placing brick, concrete, dirt, shingles or plaster in the dumpster there may be an additional charge for weight and/or cleaning. However, we will discuss and disclose all the costs for you when you setup the rental. There are never any hidden fees at KT’s!
